Hamburger Meat
Egg or two according to amount of meat
Catsup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and enough flour to firm the meat.
Pat into large patties and place on large piece of tin foil.
Cut Irish potatoes in large slices and place over meat patties.
Add a layer of onion slices if you want.
Secure the tin foil and place on oven racks and bake 45 minutes on 300 degrees.
Go from the over to the table to serve.
(notes from Laurie: I added the eggs, Ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and flour to hamburger meat – JK, I completely forgot the egg but I meant to add it – it worked without it for reference. I had to use russet potatoes and perhaps they took longer to cook? or you should slice the potatoes thinner than I did – either way, took an extra 30 minutes to cook and cranked the oven up to 350 after the first 45 minutes.)
