peach enchiladas

4 peaches quartered
2 – 8 oz. cans crescent rolls
2 sticks butter
1.5 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 – 12 oz. Mountain Dew

Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinammon. Roll 1/4 peach in crescent roll section from large end to small end. Place in a 12x10x2″ pan or casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour butter/sugar mixture over this. Pour Mountain Dew over all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Very easy to do and really good with ice cream over it.

(notes from Laurie: Can easily be cut in half but kept four peaches as they were fairly small. Realizing I may not have rolled this out correctly but recipe worked fine with peaches laid over crescent rolls rolled out flat.)
